The model of institutional support for vocational activity and entrepreneurship of the Roma helps limit the marginalisation and discrimination of the Roma community in the labour market. The result includes the developed model of the Roma Centre of Vocational Activation, an institution functioning to support the return of the Roma to the labour market, to foster entrepreneurial attitudes in this group and to assist business activities undertaken by Roma enterprises.
