The model of the local vocational and social activation support network for the homeless and persons threatened with homelessness combines the elements thanks to which both comprehensive and individualised assistance can be offered. In Activation Points for the Unemployed the beneficiaries cooperate with appropriately trained assistants and together develop their individual development plans. Moreover, beneficiaries can also obtain temporary social assistance and tools helping them function in the local labour market. The model includes the support offered by local institutions - Labour Offices, Social Welfare Centres, Mental Health Centres, education and training institutions etc., operating within local partnerships.
