Result description:

The integrated system of maintaining employees aged +45 in the labour market helps decrease the risk of job loss concerning experienced employees, increase the stability of an enterprise (lower rotation of employees) and limit the spending on recruitment and training of new staff. The model is based on the job coaching method, i.e. individualised support to the beneficiaries with regard to planning and following their career development paths.
