Result name Model of support for persons after psychological crises in the local community – Local Partners’ Cooperation System

Result description:

The prepared model helps offer effective support to persons who have undergone psychological crises and help them out of social isolation. The process is possible thanks to the involvement of many institutions which influence the functioning of public life and the local labour market. Each entity in the partnership performs its tasks within the local cooperation system. The result includes all the necessary procedures, descriptions of mechanisms and tools thanks to which the model may be replicated in any place within Poland.
