Management model for equal chances enterprises

The management model for equal chances enterprises helps introduce equal chances and rights in the workplace. It includes training packages, an audit tool, good practice guide and an optional course part “Diversity management in an enterprise”, designed for economic schools of higher education. The presented training and audit solutions may be used both in private enterprises and in the public and NGOs sector.

Model of vocational and social activation of autistic persons

The implemented model of the vocational activation of autistic persons offers the beneficiaries an opportunity for broader participation in social life and undergoing therapy matching their needs. The model also offers a method of establishing Work Trainers Team, effectively supporting autistic persons. The objective of the initiative is also raising the social awareness regarding the problem of autism.
